Historian/educator/archivist Joe Oldenburg—always informative—will be at the Iosco County Historical Museum on Wednesday June 20th,6:30pm to take the audience on a fascinating exploration of the Roaring Twenties in Detroit, the days of the notorious Purple Gang, speakeasies, bathtub gin, and rum runners on the Detroit River. Joseph Oldenburg is a History Instructor at Oakland Community College.
